Personalized Services

Every PetalWords message is created specifically for the individual client and their unique circumstances.

Because each message is custom-written and personalized, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

If a cancellation request is received before work has started, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once research, drafting, writing, editing, or design work has started, payments are non-refundable.

Because every message is uniquely created for one person, one story, and one moment, completed work cannot be returned or resold.

PetalWords is committed to delivering a message that reflects the client's intent and voice.

Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the service purchased.

If PetalWords is unable to complete a project for any reason, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
